Hotel room sharing for airline crew and trainees
Crewflyshare connects people in the aviation community who want to share the cost of a hotel room. This can be useful before reporting for duty, after returning to base or while attending training away from home.

When does a room share make sense?
Airlines generally arrange crew hotels during a rotation. Personal room sharing is therefore mainly relevant around your home base or for training. If you exceptionally need accommodation away from base, you can search for it too; the site does not automatically create a housing request from your roster.
Describe what you need
Enter the city or airport, exact dates, room type and expected cost. Say whether the room is already booked or whether you want to choose a hotel together. A twin room and a double room are different arrangements, so make your expectations clear from the start.
Agree on the practical details
Use private messages to discuss arrival, departure and how costs will be shared. The person who booked the room remains the hotel’s contact and manages the reservation. Check occupancy rules and the conditions for adding another guest directly with the hotel.
