CREWFLYSHARE · GUIDE

Carpooling for airline crew and aviation trainees

Crewflyshare lets aviation community members post a travel request or offer and contact each other. It is designed to help with journeys to base, travel after duty and trips during training.

Describe the journey clearly

Specify the starting point, destination and dates. Include useful timing details in your message: preferred meeting time, required arrival time and luggage. Travelling to the same airport on the same day does not necessarily mean two journeys are compatible.

Agree before setting off

Discuss the exact meeting point, available seats and expected costs. Confirm directly with the other member that the journey is still going ahead. Crewflyshare makes introductions; it does not organise transport or guarantee a driver’s availability or punctuality.

Start from your private schedule

The next-trip panel can prepare a journey search for departure from or return to your base. You can change the suggested criteria before searching. Your roster information does not become a public listing without an action from you.

Cars and light aircraft are different uses

The travel section distinguishes car journeys from light-aircraft flight proposals. A flight proposal is not a guaranteed transport service; participants need to clarify the conditions under which it may take place. Select the mode that fits your needs in the application.
